CHP leader Özgür Özel targeted that minister: "The Supreme Court will be established and you will be tried in the Supreme Court!"

Addressing citizens at a rally organized by the Republican People's Party ( CHP ) in Kartal , CHP Chairman Özgür Özel said, "We have the psychological superiority, we have the energy of the majority. We are winning." In his speech, Özel targeted National Education Minister Yusuf Tekin over his statements regarding the LGS exam results, saying, "Yusuf Tekin, a Supreme Court will be established, and you will be tried before it. You are stealing the sweat and future of our children."
LGS REACTION TO MINISTER OF NATIONAL EDUCATION TEKİNTargeting National Education Minister Yusuf Tekin, Özel said, "The number of top students in the LGS exam results, which concern one million families, is twice that of last year. Families are in dire straits. They have questions and are waiting for answers. Instead of answering this and initiating an investigation, the person who will be the Minister of National Education first said, 'I explained it as if I were explaining it to an idiot.' Then he said, 'The bad odors are not coming from the LGS, they are coming from the CHP.' This is shameless."
Now he's confessing that the exam questions were shared on WhatsApp groups before the exam was over. But he's still insulting both the nation and the CHP with such arrogance.
"A SUPREME COURT WILL BE ESTABLISHED AND YOU WILL BE TRIED IN THE SUPREME COURT"Yusuf Tekin, a Supreme Court will be established, and you will be tried there. You are stealing our children's hard work and future. We are coming to power with a bang."
"They attempted a coup on March 19th, that day we called to Saraçhane. We called you, they banned you. The first night we turned out to be hundreds of thousands, then 250 thousand, then 550 thousand, then millions.
They yell at me, 'Take off your jacket and roll up your sleeves.' When it's hot, we take off our jackets, but it's not my job to roll up our sleeves; it's my job to take people out with their sleeves rolled up.
There's one person responsible for all the hunger, poverty, unemployment, misery, and oppression. He says, "It's me." The one responsible is you, Erdoğan.
Turkey ranks first in Europe for poverty. First in the world for food inflation. First in the world for meat imports. 117th in the world for justice. Without justice, without trust, nothing in the country improves. No one makes ends meet. Neither young people, nor retirees, nor minimum wage earners are happy.
"ON MARCH 19TH, THEY STOLE 10 QUARTERS OF GOLD FROM EACH OF YOUR POCKETS"They spent 150 times the raise they gave to retirees on the coup. Once again, our condolences, as they called the February 6th earthquake the disaster of the century... The disaster of the century cost 100 billion dollars, this coup they staged is 150 billion dollars... If we divide the total 6 trillion they spent to stage a coup against Ekrem İmamoğlu, everyone's pockets came out to 70,000 lira each. If you took a quarter-gold coin and put it in your pocket and looked at it when you got home, you'd be mad. On March 19th, they stole 10 quarter-gold coins from each of your pockets. Before the AKP came, the lowest pension was 8 quarter-gold coins, now it's 2. Minimum wage earners were 7 quarter-gold coins, now they're 3. When you lose something, you go looking for it. Retirees, minimum wage earners... You'll find what you lost where you lost it. You lost it at the ballot box on November 3, 2002, you'll find it at the first ballot box.
"We are not watching TRT unless it broadcasts President Ekrem's hearings live. We are boycotting any media outlet that does not broadcast this square or report on its news. If anyone is upset with President Ekrem, upset by these events, and then makes purchases from the boycott list, don't do it!"
"There's great cruelty in the trials. First, they summon people and take statements. They threaten them through their children, demanding they change their statements. Those who refuse to confess are sent to Silivri. If someone lives close to their parents and refuses to change their statements, they assign them to distant provinces and separate them. And there are heroes who resist this. It's a structure that does this. But there's one of them. I told him not to do it. He didn't listen. He continued with the threats and blackmail."
Speaking at the rally, CHP Istanbul Provincial Chair Özgür Çelik said, "Today, we went to Silivri for Ekrem İmamoğlu's hearing. With today's decision, another link has been added to the chain of oppression. Even when the final link was added to the chain of oppression, our presidential candidate, Mr. Ekrem İmamoğlu, was still holding his head high, smiling, and hopeful."
